Maintenance Requestions
Follow the steps below to submit a maintenance request
Step 1
Submit the request via your Online Portal. Be specific, detailed, and fill out each applicable section of the request. Please also attach photos if you can.
Step 2
Our staff receives an email notification of your repair request and will assign a vendor.
Step 3
One of our staff members may call you to troubleshoot if it's a simple fix.
Step 4
You will get notified of the next steps through a call, text, or message through your Online Portal.
